Observe Medical ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by close associates to primary insider

Oslo, 14 October 2025: Observe Medical ASA (the "Company") has been informed
that Glimt Invest AS, a close associate to Terje Bakken, chairman of the board
and primary insider of the Company, has purchased 425,000 shares in the Company
as further specified in the attached notification form.

Following the purchase Glimt Invest AS holds 2,775,000 shares in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
