Fjord Defence Group ASA – Listing of consideration shares

Reference is made to the resolution announced by Euronext Oslo Børs on 13
October 2025 to admit the shares of Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") to
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Reference is further made to the prospectus
approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and published by the
Company on 23 September 2025, prepared to facilitate, among other things, the
listing of 14,598,998 new shares in the Company (the "Consideration Shares")
issued as partial consideration to the sellers of the shares in Fjord Defence AS
on 20 June 2025.

Following the resolution by Euronext Oslo Børs, the Consideration Shares will be
transferred from the separate temporary ISIN NO 001 3669788 to the Company's
ordinary listed ISIN NO 001 3647693 in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository, Euronext Securities Oslo, and be listed on Euronext Expand. The
Consideration Shares are subject to lock-up, with 1/3 of the Consideration
Shares being released after 12, 24, and 36 months, respectively, from 20 June
2025.

The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs is
expected to be on or about 16 October 2025.
