of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. ("CGC") and SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc.
("SCWF") due to the purchase of shares.

Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of CGC as of 10 October
2025 included SCWF’s holdings.

SCWF is a mutual fund registered in the United States under the Investment
Company Act of 1940. SCWF is the legal owner of the 16,387,015 shares held
(5.018% of total voting rights and 5.018% of total share capital) as of 10
October 2025. SCWF has granted proxy voting authority to Capital Research and
Management Company ("CRMC"), its investment adviser. As noted in the letter, CGC
is the parent company of CRMC.
