Nordic Aqua Partners: Operational update for Q3 2025 and YTD 2025

Harvest

In Q3 2025, Nordic Aqua had commercial harvest of 630 tonnes head-on gutted
(HOG), achieving an average harvest weight of 3.1 kg (HOG), equivalent to 3.8
kg live weight (LW), with a superior rate of 98%. To optimize the number of
fish in the facility, a large number of small fish were harvested in the
quarter. This is to let other fish grow larger, in line with the new strategy
to produce larger fish.

Total harvest YTD 2025 was 1,673 tonnes (HOG), whereof commercial harvest
amounted to 1,585 tonnes (HOG), achieving an average harvest weight of 4.1 kg
(HOG), equivalent to 4.9 kg (LW), with a superior rate of 99%.

Farming

Production during the third quarter of 2025 was 969 tonnes bringing the total
biomass to 2,835 tonnes.

Production YTD 2025 was 2,631 tonnes.

Overall biological performance remains strong with good fish health, no
maturation and high survival rates.

Project

Subsequently on 10 October 2025, Nordic Aqua is pleased to announce the
successful transfer of fish into the first grow-out RAS unit of Stage 2. The
team is very proud of the new stunning facility of Stage 2, that now is
receiving fish. This marks the completion of the first of four Stage 2
grow-out RAS units, with the remaining units set to receive fish in the coming
months. The first harvest from Stage 2 fish, that was laid in as egg in Q3
2024, is expected to be in September 2026.
