Hynion: Mandatory notification of trade

13 October 2025: Jens Myhrstad, Chair of the Board of Directors in Hynion AS
(the "Company"), has on 10 October acquired 272 495 400 shares in the Company at
a subscription price of NOK 0,01065 per share through his companies JMI AS and
Industrier AS. Following registration of the shares in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises, Jens Myhrstad and his close associates holds 272 495 400
shares in the Company.

This information is considered inside information pursuant to the EU Market
Abuse Regulation and is subject to the disclosure requirements under section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
