Ubiquity AS has today acquired 280,000 shares in Nykode Therapeutics ASA at an
average price of NOK 1.8113 per share. Susanne Stuffers, Chair of the Board and
primary insider in Nykode Therapeutics ASA, is the owner of Ubiquity AS.
Following the transaction Susanne Stuffers holds 280,000 shares in Nykode
Therapeutics ASA through Ubiquity AS and 16,665 shares directly.
