Kamato AS, a closely associated company of primary insider Helge Simonnes (board
member), has on 9 October 2025 purchased 16,556 shares at a price of NOK 6,4 per
share. The shares are purchased directly from Simonnes which was held in his own
name. After the transaction, Kamato AS holds 316,556 shares in HAV Group ASA.
