ASA (the "Company") earlier today regarding the final results of the Subsequent
Offering (as defined therein).
Kristian Zahl, the Company's COO and a primary insider of the Company, has been
allocated 64 new shares in the Subsequent Offering at a subscription price of
NOK 9.60 per share.
