EQVA: Share capital increase registered

7 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Eqva ASA (the
"Company") published on 6 October 2025 regarding closing of the acquisition of
Austevoll Rørteknikk AS.

The share capital pertaining to this share issue has today been registered in
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital
is NOK 4,158,797.15 divided into 83,175,943 shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.05. Each share represents one vote in the Company's general meeting.
