Observe Medical ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Reference is made to the announcement by Observe Medical ASA (the "Company, OSE
ticker "OBSVR") on 25 September 2025 regarding the launch of the subsequent
offering of up to 24,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent
Offering"). The following primary insider has today subscribed for offer shares
in the Subsequent Offering through the exercise of subscription rights, as set
out below:

Line Tønnessen, a Board member of the Company, has exercised 190,858
subscription rights, entitling Line Tønnessen to be allocated 190,858 offer
shares in the Subsequent Offering at a price per offer share of NOK 0.50.

Following the subscription, Tønnesen will hold 253,037 shares in the Company.
