Hermana Holding ASA: Change of share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 21 August 2025 which described
the increase of share capital by the issuance of 324,444 shares as resolved by
the Extraordinary General Meeting on 6 August 2025.

Hermana Holding ASA has become aware of its obligation to publish additional
information: The new share capital, registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises, is NOK 13,743,184 divided into 13,743,184 shares.
