Reference is made to the announcement of 17 September 2025 relating to the
rights issue of up to NOK 20 million (the “Rights Issue”).

Below is the key information relating to the Rights Issue:

Date on which the terms and conditions of the preferential Rights Issue were
announced: 17 September 2025

Last day including right: 1 October 2025

Ex-date: 2 October 2025

Record Date: 3 October 2025

Date of approval: Expected on 1 October 2025

Maximum number of new shares: 20,000,000

Subscription price: NOK 1,0

Ratio preferential rights: 2.6144 preferential subscription rights for each
share held, rounded down to the nearest whole right.

Subscription ratio: Each preferential right gives the right to subscribe for one
new share.

Subscription period: From 09:00 on 6 October until 16:30 on 20 October 2025

Settlement Agent: Norne Securities AS

The preferential subscription rights will be issued in the VPS with ISIN
NO0013682484 with and listed and tradeable on Euronext Growth with ticker
“EAMT”.

The Rights Issue is conditional upon the following conditions (collectively, the
"Conditions"): (i) that the company raises at least NOK 7,649,740 in the Rights
Issue; and (ii) that the Company has published the Prospectus as registered in
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises ("NRBE").

If it becomes clear that the conditions mentioned above will not be fulfilled,
the Rights Issue will be withdrawn. Furthermore, the Rights Issue may be
withdrawn, or the implementation of the Rights Issue may be delayed, if the
total subscription amount for the Offer Shares is not received by the Company in
time or at all. If the Rights Issue is withdrawn, all Subscription Rights will
lapse without value, any subscriptions for, and allocations of, Offer Shares
that have been made will be disregarded and any payments for Offer Shares that
have been made will be returned to the subscribers without interest or other
compensation. The lapse of Subscription Rights will be without affecting the
validity of any trades in Subscription Rights, and investors will not receive
any refund or compensation with respect to Subscription Rights purchased in the
market.
