Gunnar Syvertsen, chair of the board of directors of BEWI ASA and defined as a
person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has on 2 October 2025
purchased 14 200 shares at an average price of NOK 17.08 per share through the
investment company GIS AS.
