Oslo, 1 October 2025: An extraordinary general meeting of Huddly AS (the
"Company") will be held on 15 October 2025 at 10:00 (CEST). The extraordinary
general meeting will be held as a digital meeting through Microsoft Teams.

Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting must notify the Company by
e-mail to genf@dnb.no no later than on 13 October 2025 at 16:00 (CEST).
