EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF BYGGMA ASA

An extraordinary general meeting of Byggma ASA was held today.
The general meeting approved the Board of Directors’ proposal that Byggma ASA
shall apply for delisting of the company’s shares from trading on the Oslo Stock
Exchange. The CEO is authorized to submit the application for delisting to the
Oslo Stock Exchange on behalf of the company.

A copy of the minutes from the general meeting is attached.
