CMB.TECH - Ex-dividend Date

ANTWERP, BELGIUM, October 1, 2025 – Reference is made to the key information
relating to the interim dividend announced by CMB.TECH NV (“CMBT”, “CMB.TECH” or
“the Company”) (NYSE: CMBT, Euronext Brussels: CMBT and Euronext Oslo Børs:
CMBTO) on August 28, 2025. The Company's common shares will be traded ex
dividend USD 0.05 per common share on Euronext Brussels and on Oslo Stock
Exchange from today, October 1, 2025 and on the New York Stock Exchange from
October 2, 2025.

Dividends payable to shares registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) will
be distributed in NOK, with the conversion from USD to NOK taking place two
business days prior to the payment date to shareholders in Euronext VPS.
