CEO to step down from Aker Horizons ASA

Fornebu, 1 October 2025 - Aker Horizons ASA ("Aker Horizons") announces that
Lars Peder Sørvaag Sperre will step down as Chief Executive Officer, effective
December 31, 2025. The decision is made in agreement between Aker Horizons and
Mr. Sperre.

The Board of Directors will consider how the CEO role should be handled as part
of the company's ongoing strategic process. The Board expresses its appreciation
to Mr. Sperre for his contributions to the company in a period where material
restructuring processes have been completed.
