Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been selected by Moss Kommunale
Eiendomsselskap KF to carry out the construction of the Nøkkeland swimming hall
in Moss. It is a turnkey contract with a value of NOK 124 million excluding VAT.
The project involves the construction of a new swimming hall of approximately
2,200 square metres GFA adjacent to Nøkkeland primary and secondary school. It
also includes upgrades to the surrounding outdoor facilities.
“This selection confirms our strong expertise in swimming hall construction. We
now look forward to getting started on this long-awaited project for the Moss
region,” says Betonmast CEO Peter Sandrup.
Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2026, with
completion scheduled for summer 2027.
