The Board of Directors in Hynion AS (the «Company») is very positive to announce
the appointment of Sebastian Rundqvist as new interim CEO in the Company.

Rundqvist experience include being founder and CEO of fintech startup Zeipt and
professional hockey athlete. The board is happy to welcome him to the Company as
we currently work on a new company structure that will enable further
opportunities. As previously announced to the market.
