Arribatec Group ASA – Major shareholding notification

Reference is made to the notification 29 September regarding new share capital
registered.

Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has exercised 85 735 763 warrants. Through the warrant
exercise Ferncliff Listed DAI AS will hold 206 734 556 shares in Arribatec,
passing the notifiable threshold of 30%. New share of ownership will be
approximately 31.8%.
