Archer Limited: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the announcements made by Archer Limited ("Archer") on 25
September 2025 regarding a successful private placement and on 29 September 2025
regarding the registration of the new share capital. Reference is furthermore
made to the disclosure of large shareholding by Hemen Holding Limited ("Hemen")
published on ticker "ARCH" on 25 September 2025.

The 14,747,723 shares in Archer who were lent pursuant to the share lending
agreement have today been redelivered. Following the redelivery of the shares,
Hemen holds 30,452,153 shares in Archer, equal to 30.64% of the total number of
shares and votes in Archer.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 4
-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
