Oslo, Norway 30 September 2025: Further to the notice of 9 September 2025, an
Extraordinary General Meeting of Airthings ASA was held today. All resolutions
proposed by the board were approved, including the issuance of shares in
connection with the private placement completed on 11 September 2025 as well as
the proposal to seek a de-listing of the company's shares. As a result, an
application to the Oslo Stock Exchange for such de-listing will be filed
shortly.
Minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting will be made available on the
