AGREEMENT SIGNED - ACQUISITION OF THREE VESSELS

The Board of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company')
announces that three wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company entered into three
shipbuilding contracts on 30 September 2025 for the acquisition of three
vessels, each at a contract price of US$33,050,000.
