Archer Limited: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Archer Limited (the
"Company") on 25 September 2025 regarding the successful private placement (the
"Private Placement") of 8,848,000 new common shares (the "New Shares") in the
Company raising gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of approx. USD 20 million.

The New Shares have now been registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (being the
Company's branch register under Bermuda law) as duly issued. The New Shares have
been issued on the Company's ordinary ISIN and are listed on Oslo Børs today, 29
September 2025.

Following registration of the new share capital pertaining to the issuance of
the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital is USD 993,861.34 divided
into 99,386,134 common shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.01.
