trade primary insiders

Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") has granted 10,520 B-shares to primary insiders
in Vend in connection with long-term incentive plans. The shares will be
transferred to the employees during the coming days.

The transfers are related to the retention programme as outlined in Vend's
Remuneration Report 2023.
