StandardCoin AS – Changes in Management in connection with dissolution

(Oslo, Norway, 24 September 2025)

The Board of Directors of StandardCoin AS has resolved to terminate the
employment of the Chief Executive Officer, Eldar Paulsrud, with effect from
01.10.2025. The decision follows the resolution to dissolve and liquidate the
company. Mr. Paulsrud will be released from his work obligations after the
company has been finally dissolved and deleted from Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.

The Board wishes to thank Eldar Paulsrud for his contribution as CEO.
