BlueNord ASA: Approval and Publication of Prospectus and Application to List BNOR17 Bonds

Oslo, 24 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
BlueNord ASA (the "Company") on 26 June 2025 regarding the successful placement
of a new USD 300 million subordinated hybrid callable bond issue with maturity
in 2085 and registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) under ISIN
NO0013603084 ("BNOR17").


The Company has prepared a listing prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection
with the contemplated listing of the BNOR17 bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs (the
"Listing"). The Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Supervisory
Authority of Norway today, 24 September 2025.


The Prospectus shall be available at https://www.bluenord.com/debt/.


The Company is planning to submit a Listing application to Euronext Oslo Børs
today and expects the first day of Listing to be on or about 25 September 2025.
