Oslo, 23 September 2025:
Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS
(the “Company”), the latest on 11 September 2025, regarding the fully
underwritten rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights
Issue").
Primary insider, Robert Veenstra, CEO of Energeia Netherlands, has today through
his fully owned company Trimtabber BV, subscribed to 1,350,052 shares in the
Rights Issue, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 40,502.
The subscription reflects a continued and long-term commitment to the Company’s
strategy and development.
