Kongsberg Automotive marks strategic investment in Sweden with visit from Infrastructure Minister Andreas Carlson

Kongsberg, September 22, 2025 - Kongsberg Automotive (KA) marks its strategic
investment in Mullsjö and Sweden today with an event attended by Sweden's
Infrastructure Minister Andreas Carlson, as well as representatives from local
and regional partners.

KA has decided to consolidate its Swedish operations-production, development,
and innovation-in Mullsjö. This move establishes a competence center and a
comprehensive environment for innovation and manufacturing, in close
collaboration with authorities, academia, suppliers, and customers.

The initiative forms part of KA's long-term strategy to create value by being a
strong competence partner, developing future-oriented solutions together with
customers. Mullsjö was selected based on its robust technology ecosystem,
established regional relationships, and proximity to strategically important
customers.

Highlights from the event:

· Official participation and speech by Sweden's Infrastructure Minister
Andreas Carlson
· Signing of letters of intent with Region Jönköping, Jönköping University,
ALMI, Mullsjö Folk High School, and Mullsjö Municipality
· Demonstration of KA's advanced Steer-By-Wire technology in a demo vehicle -
test-driven and "approved" by the minister
· Speeches by KA's President & CEO Trond Fiskum, and regional partners on
building competence and competitive business together
