HYNION AS - NEW SHARE CAPITAL

Oslo, 22 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
made by Hynion AS (the "Company") on 10 September 2025, regarding the Company's
board of directors resolving to increase the share capital of the Company
(«Tranche 1») in accordance with an authorization granted to the Company's board
of directors resolved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held on 25
July 2025. The new share capital has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises.

Following registration of Tranche 1, the Company's share capital is NOK 872
499,26, divided into 174 499 852 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0,005.
