Decision on violation charge – Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited

In accordance with the Securities Trading Act Section 21-3subsection (2),
Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has imposed a
violation penalty to Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limitedof NOK 247000 for delayed
financial reporting of the annual report for 2024.
