Decision on violation charge – Observe Medical ASA

In accordance with the Securities Trading Act Section 21-3 subsection (2),
Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has imposed a
violation penalty to Observe Medical ASA of NOK 247 000 for delayed financial
reporting of the annual report for 2024.
