Decision on violation charge – Interoil Exploration and Production ASA

In accordance with the Securities Trading Act Section 21-3subsection (2),
Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has imposed a
violation penalty to Interoil Exploration and Production ASA of NOK 544 000 for
delayed financial reporting of the annual report for 2024.
