Decision on violation charge – Aqua Bio Technology ASA

In accordance with the Securities Trading Act Section 21-3subsection (2),
Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has imposed a
violation penalty to Aqua Bio Technology ASA of NOK 370500 for delayed financial
reporting of the annual report for 2024.
