Building Petersborggata 7 in Tromsø

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a contract with Total
Prosjekt AS to build Petersborggata 7. The contract value is NOK 156 million
excluding VAT.

Following successful completion of the collaboration phase (phase 1) HENT AS
has now entered into a construction agreement for the project (phase 2). The
project will be executed as a turnkey contract. The scope includes
construction and facilitation of a combination of residential units and
public/private services for The Salvation Army. The project will feature an
assembly hall with associated service functions on the ground floor, and
residential units across two to three upper floors. The total gross floor area
is 4030 m2.

Construction is scheduled to start in October 2025.
