As announced on 15 September 2025 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated
repurchase of up to 250 000 shares for the company's employee share program.
From 16 September 2025 through 19 September 2025 the company bought 44,900
shares at an average price of NOK 169.99. See the attached documents for
detailed information about the transactions made.
After these transactions, the Company owns 105,569 treasury shares.
