Oslo, 19 September 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the
“Company”) on 11 September 2025 regarding commencement of the subscription
period for the fully underwritten rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 31
million (the "Rights Issue").

The period for trading in subscription rights in the Rights Issue expires today,
19 September 2025 at 16:30 hours (CEST). Subscription rights that are not sold
before 16:30 hours CEST today, on 19 September 2025, or used to subscribe for
Offer Shares in the Rights Issue before the expiry of the subscription period on
25 September 2025 at 16:30 hours CEST will have no value and lapse without
compensation to the holder.
