Sentia subsidiary HENT to build Air Traffic Control Centre Facility

HENT, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been awarded a contract by Avinor to
construct an air traffic control centre facility at the New Bodø Airport. The
contract value is MNOK 450 excluding VAT.

The agreement is a release of an option to the contract announced on 30 June
2025, when Avinor and HENT signed for the construction of the terminal
building and several other operational buildings at the new airport.

The air navigation facility will be delivered as a collaborative contract. In
the first phase, HENT, Avinor and partners developed a bespoke design tailored
to the needs of the various user organisations. Today, HENT AS and Avinor
signed the contract to commence construction.

Located within the New Bodø Airport area, the facility will include a control
centre, office space and an ancillary building, with a total gross floor area
of around 6,000 square metres.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025, with completion of the air
navigation facility expected in summer 2028. The entire airport is due to open
for operational use in 2029.
