Hexagon Composites ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 16 September
2025 regarding the completion of a private placement of new shares in Hexagon
Composites ASA (the "Company").

Following the private placement, Mitsui & Co., Ltd (“Mitsui”) owns a total of
33,229,096 shares in the Company, representing 13.18% of the Company's voting
rights and shares. Mitsui has consequently fallen below the 15% reportable
threshold of the share capital and voting rights in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in section 4-2 of the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
