Energeia AS – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 18 September 2025:
Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS
(the “Company”), latest on 11 September 2025, regarding the fully underwritten
rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 31 million (the "Rights Issue").
As previously communicated, the Company’s two main shareholders Obligo Nordic
Climate Impact Fund AB and Eidsiva Vekst AS have undertaken to sell a portion of
their subscription rights in order to promote free float and increased trading
of the subscription rights in the currently ongoing Rights Issue.
Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB and Eidsiva Vekst AS have today sold a
total of 47,245,205 subscription rights. Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB
and Eidsiva Vekst AS have agreed that the combined total number of rights sold
by the two shareholders will be split equally between them. As such:
Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB has today, on 18 September 2025, sold
23,622,602 subscription rights in the Rights Issue at an average price of NOK
0.00808 per subscription right. Following this transaction, Obligo Nordic
Climate Impact Fund AB, holds 486,829,808 subscription rights.
Eidsiva Vekst AS has today, on 18 September 2025, sold 23,622,603 subscription
rights in the Rights Issue at an average price of NOK 0.00808 per subscription
right. Following this transaction, Eidsiva Vekst AS, holds 320,482,631
subscription rights.
