Shelf Drilling, LTD - Notification of Major Holdings under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act

On 16 September 2025, Glazer Capital, LLC (the "Manager") acquired 3,979,581
shares in Shelf Drilling, LTD (ticker SHLF NO) (the "Company"), resulting in the
Manager exceeding the 5% reportable threshold of the voting rights and share
capital in the Company.

Following the acquisition, Glazer Capital, LLC, together with and through its
management of its funds and managed accounts, none of which individually exceeds
the reporting threshold, controls a total of 12,876,269 shares through voting
rights, corresponding to 5.0080% of the votes and shares outstanding.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 cf. section 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
