In connection with the exercise of 20 000 share options in Soiltech ASA under
the Company’s long term incentive scheme, the Company's share capital is 1 070
150,51 divided into 8 231 927 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13, as
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today.
