KMC Properties ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement earlier today regarding
Bewi Invest AS' ("Bewi Invest") sale of 2,291,155 shares in KMC Properties ASA
(the "Company") to Bekken Invest AS at a price per share of NOK 5.80.

Bewi Invest is a close associate to chair of the board of directors and primary
insider of the Company, Bjørnar André Ulstein. Please see the attached form for
further information.
