the employee share program in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.
Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, Monday 15 September 2025, completed the
transfer of 10,608 own WWI class A shares at a price of NOK 509.9084 per share
to employees. Effective today, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 229,841 WWI
class A shares and 164,309 WWIB class B shares.
