SATS ASA: Status on share buyback

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS"
or the "Company") on 8 May 2025 of the launch of SATS' program to repurchase
up to 2 500 000 of the Company's shares in open market transactions for a
total amount of up to NOK 100 million during the period from 9 May 2025, until
no later than the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2026, pursuant to an
agreement with DNB Carnegie.
For the period from and including 9 May 2025, through 15 September 2025, the
Company purchased a total of 2 103 460 shares at an average price of NOK
36.4969 per share, all purchased as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo
Børs.

Following the completion of the above transactions, SATS owns a total of 2 422
811 of own shares, corresponding to 1.19% of SATS' share capital.
