Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Oslo, 15 September 2025

Sagittarius Capital Ltd., a close associate of Erik A.S. Frydendal, CEO and PDMR
of Hunter Group ASA (the "Company"), has today sold 1,500,000 shares in the
Company at an average price of NOK 1.4643 per share. After the transaction Erik
A.S. Frydendal and close associates owns 1,552,573 shares in the Company.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
