With reference to notification on 21 August 2025 regarding subscription to
Sparebanken Norge’s equity capital certificate savings program for employees.
Sparebanken Norge has now transferred 411,277 equity certificates from the
bank's own holding to the employees in accordance with their subscription in the
savings program.

Sparebanken Norge holds 82,335 equity certificates after this transfer of equity
capital certificates.
