JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.("JPMAM") has a notifiable interest in
the share capital of SATS ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary JPMorgan
Asset Management (UK)Limited. The total number of shares held by JPMAM on 10
September 2025 was 10,961,691 being 5.381% of the issued share capital and
voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMAM crossed a notification
threshold of 5% on 10 September 2025.
