Barramundi Group Ltd: Last Day of Subscription Period – Subsequent Offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Barramundi
Group Ltd. (the “Company”) on 5 September 2025 regarding the commencement of the
subscription period for the Subsequent Offering.

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering expires today, Friday, 12
September 2025, at 16:30 CEST. No extension is planned at this time.

Eligible Remaining Shareholders who wish to subscribe for Offer Shares must
ensure that their correctly completed subscription forms are received by the
Company no later than 16:30 CEST today.
