Arribatec Group ASA – Major shareholding notification

Reference is made to the notification 11 September regarding new share capital
registered.

As a result of the dilutional effect, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS will fall below
the notifiable threshold of 25%. New share of ownership will be approximately
24.31%

In addition, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has 85 735 763 warrants in Arribatec Group
ASA.
